Squares, squares, squarity squares!

Needed to make some squares for a super-secret yarn-bombing project...
I used scraps that I had home, trying to stay in the theme of colors blue/silver and red/green, and used different patterns from simple granny squares to puff stitches.

Here are some pictures with a close up on the stitch.

Koala bag

Yes, another bag for another little girl. I actually love the fact that we know so many little girls; it allows for an excuse to crochet more often.

Here are a couple of pictures of the bag made with double crochet all the way, and a simple koala applique made with a circle made out of single crochet and 2 half circles of single crochet.

Yellow lining to match with the bow (thanks to Sewphie couture for the help)

And this is what prevented me to shoot clear and pretty pictures: 4 little hands trying to get a hold of the bag for themselves. Seems like their monkey bags are not enough anymore :)
